Encompass Document Upload Error

Ellie Mae has identified and is working to fully restore eDocument Management services as well as DU & LPA errors that are affecting ALL Clients.  They have taken steps to improve performance but cautions there may be intermittent issues.

This impacts document uploads, causing them to fail in the Broker Lounge, TPO Connect, and possibly directly through Encompass.

 

If your upload fails - please try again. If continuous upload failures occur, please contact your Account Manager.
