DSCR Pricing Engine Updates

OB recently pushed out an update that requires the specific DSCR ratio to be entered in accordance with our updated matrix as of 4/17/2023. Please note the following:
Investor DSCR Select requires a minimum ratio of 1.25 with a max LTV of 75% (FICO limitations apply)
Investor DSCR requires a minimum ratio of 1.00 with a max LTV of 80% and a minimum ratio of 1.20 for LTVs greater than 80% (FICO limitations apply)
