Accepting 3.4 Mismo Only on March 1st

Important URLA Information with regards to Mismo 3.4 files and Acceptance of 3.2 files
Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have designated March 1, 2021, as the mandatory use date for the new URLA.
LoanStream Wholesale will start requiring MISMO 3.4 data through our Broker Portals starting March 1, 2021.
Please contact your Account Executive for more information.
If you upload your file through the BROKER LOUNGE - you will have no problem. All 3.2 files are converted to 3.4.
However, users will be required to complete the URLA information prior to submission.
